Our work.
Current work includes a completed Greenwich residence and an active estate-development expression of the Davis Chase Homes approach. Each reflects the firm’s standard for place, design, construction, and long-term ownership.
1 Indian Chase Drive
A 1913 waterfront estate developed into a contemporary seven-bedroom, 11,465 SF residence and sold in 2023 for $22.9 million. Davis Chase Homes served as developer, setting the vision, assembling the project team, and carrying the work through to completion.
The project received three 2023 HOBI Awards, including Best Residential Remodel ($5M–$7M), Best Kitchen by a Builder, and Best Primary Bath by a Builder.

Spring Farms is a fifteen-acre collection assembled by a single family over six decades, part of the original subdivision that helped define this pocket of Round Hill. Four parcels are available individually or together, with conceptual direction established by Workshop/APD and Davis Chase Homes available to work with each buyer on a potential future build, subject to separate agreement.
The land carries its history on its surface: old stone walls, root cellars, mature trees, a gently moving creek, and a nearly one-acre pond within the estate parcel.

The estate parcel, with pond, pool, tennis court, cottage, long drive, and compound potential.
1 Pecksland Road
Private and tucked within mature landscape, with elevation, privacy, and a generous building setting.
6 Sheffield Way
A graceful setting with rolling grade, established tree canopy, and a family-oriented residential scale.
8 Sheffield Way
A retreat-scale homesite with additional wooded acreage, privacy, and a creek along the rear.
Each project begins from a different starting point.
The continuity is the standard.
A parcel, an existing house, a piece of land: each requires a different path. Davis Chase Homes carries the same discipline through site, design, construction, and long-term ownership.
